What MetaTaping is — and what it is not.

MetaTaping.com is a community observation platform and forensic-audit engagement prototype. It exists to record verified digital-asset market events, surface pattern signatures across those events, and publish cryptographic proofs of inclusion for anchored records.

MetaTaping is not: a law-enforcement agency, a regulatory compliance service, a licensed investigator, a broker-dealer, an alternative trading system (ATS), an escrow service, a securities exchange, a token-issuance platform, a fiduciary, an attorney, or a financial advisor. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, investment, or tax advice.

Pattern signatures, anomaly flags, and observation entries are illustrative, algorithmically derived, or submitted by verified community participants, and do not constitute a legal determination of wrongdoing against any party.

Terms of Use.

01 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. By using this site you represent that you meet those conditions.

02 · Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MetaTaping to harass, defame, extort, or harm any specific party. Observations that name individuals by full legal name in accusatory framing will not be published publicly — internal flagging only — and may be removed. Evidence-grade observations should cite publicly available sources (RDAP lookups, registry WHOIS records, court filings, archived web content) rather than rumor or speculation.

03 · No Warranty

MetaTaping is provided "as is." Sequence numbers, pattern counts, severity ratings, Merkle root placeholders, hash values, and ledger statuses displayed in the live interface may be illustrative, pending live-system deployment, or subject to revision as infrastructure matures.

04 · No Professional Relationship

Submitting an observation does not create an attorney-client, investigative, reporting, agency, fiduciary, broker, advisor, or other professional relationship. Any action you take based on content found here is your responsibility alone.

05 · Not a Regulator

MetaTaping does not adjudicate disputes, issue enforcement actions, or make determinations of law. For regulated disputes (domain-name ownership disputes, registrar complaints, TM claims, UDRP proceedings), consult a licensed attorney and the appropriate dispute-resolution body. For criminal matters, consult law enforcement.

06 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MetaTaping, its operator, and affiliates from and against any claim arising out of your use of this site or observations you submit, including claims of defamation, privacy violation, or tortious interference that originate in your content.

Data retention

Observation submissions are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion in writing. Server logs rotate on an industry-standard cadence.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submission data by contacting us through the form on the homepage. Requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies & Tracking.

MetaTaping uses a minimal cookie set:

We do not use cross-site tracking cookies, ad-retargeting pixels, or behavioral profiling trackers. You may decline all cookies via the banner; the site will function normally without them.

Disclaimer.

The information on MetaTaping is presented for educational, research, and community observation purposes. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, or business advice. No outcome is guaranteed. No claim of wrongdoing is made against any specific party. Public anomaly signatures describe structural patterns, not specific actors.

References to specific registrars, marketplaces, or third-party platforms (including but not limited to GoDaddy, Afternic, Namecheap, Dynadot, Spaceship, Atom, Sedo, IONOS, and others) are descriptive and comparative, based on publicly available information and the site operator's analysis. No affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership is implied.

If you believe content on this site is inaccurate or infringing, contact us via the homepage form and provide specific references and evidence. We will review and respond.

Contact.

All contact is via the observation submission form on the homepage. We do not publish a direct email address. Please do not attempt to contact the operator via social media, personal email, or third-party channels — those messages will not be received or reviewed.
